If you have not already logged in, click Login or if you have not already registered, Join Now
The status line is a very important area on our site. It let's you know you're logged in and where the donation from your next purchase is going. For example, Debbie logs in and sees:

Debbie is now ready to select a Good Cause to support...
Note: If you are uncomfortable registering or want a certain shopping trip be completely anonymous to GivingAssist and Good Causes, you can simply not login and proceed directly to selecting your Good Cause. By choosing not to login you will not be able to see your shopping activity and the donations created, as described in Step 4.
Click the down arrow to display all Good Causes then click the name of your Good Cause. Debbie selected...
Confirm your choice by Clicking the "Support" button. The status line will then display your Good Cause.
you are now ready to go shopping!
Important: Prior to clicking a Store link to go shopping, you must first choose a Good Cause to support. This lets us know where to direct the donation generated from your shopping.
- Use the Stores Tab or Browse Categories Menu to view our stores, see the donation they provide and view additional store information. Simply click the store name or logo to go shopping.
- The All Stores Listing (A to Z) drop down list provides quick access to stores. Select the store name to go shopping.
- The Coupons Tab provides access to money-saving specials. Click the coupon description to go shopping.
When you click any of the above links, a connection to the Store will open in a brand new browser window. Shop the store and go through its normal checkout process then close the Store window. Don't worry, when the Store connection is made, our system sends the Store a special tracking code that allows us to properly credit donations to your Good Cause.
If you do not find what you want at the first store, just close it's window and select a new store to shop.
Good Causes can view your support by accessing their Good Cause Account page. Good Causes will only see your name and donation amount. The shopping you do is kept private. You may also choose to remain anonymous to your Good Cause, while still seeing your shopping activity, by selecting the appropriate Privacy option in your Profile.
Note:If you choose NOT to Login then your shopping activity will not appear on your "My Shopping" page.
Now for some helpful tips...
- Avoid using PayPal or Google checkout as their service may disrupt the tracking used to generate Giving or identify the Good Cause to credit.
- Avoid opening multiple browser windows to surf other sites.
- If you get sidetracked causing your shopping session to sit idle for an extended period, close your store window and establish a new connection by re-clicking the store link on GivingAssist.
- Save your order confirmation in paper and/or email format. In the event an order does not appear in your "My Giving" detail after 30 days, use our Where is My Giving form to provide the necessary information so we can work to resolve the issue with the store.
